Immerse in an ECO-Tour and Experience Southwest Florida Islands by Boat

“Captain Brian Holaway is well versed in the intricacies of our unmatched locale. He can guide to and through a multitude of out-of-the way tidal creeks, bayous, keys and islands. More important is his passionate interest and respect for the region. With unique insights from his many explorations and his studies, not only does he identify the birds and wildlife that inhabit our semi-tropical watery land, but he explains their interconnectedness to their environment and each other. In addition, he shares the fascinating history of rugged people who came long before us: Florida Native Indians, the Calusa, the Spanish, the Cubans, early homesteaders, and the wisdom evident in the growth of their culture.

You will come away with great enjoyment and a new understanding of this beautiful place and its history.”

Magnificent Frigiat Birds And Friends

The Johnson family are long time clients and friends. Nancy and Melissa come down every August and we always find a new adventure. This trip was filled with a new discovery of a resting place for my favorite bird the magnificent frigate. Melissa is an excellent photographer and has captured many great images over the years on our trips. She is excellent at taking bird photos. This day turned out to be spectacular. We literally saw hundreds of frigate birds including male, female and juvenile. We both were pleased to get a photo of a male (the photo with the red pouch displayed). The photo opportunities were something you would hope to see in the Galapagos Islands. These frigate birds have found a new home in Pine Island Sound. Nothing could make me more pleased for my feathered friends. It was another wonderful day on the water and a delicious lunch at the Tarpon lodge with long time clients and friends. Thank you for a wonderful day of new experiences. Capt. Brian
